By enrolling in any course offered by IT CENTER, you agree to pay the course fees as displayed at the time of enrollment. Fees are non‑refundable except as expressly provided in our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change course fees at any time, but such changes will not affect already confirmed enrollments.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment of any student who disrupts the learning environment, without refund.
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, and software, are the intellectual property of IT CENTER. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without our prior written consent.
While we provide placement support and strive to connect students with potential employers, we do not guarantee job placement. Placement assistance is subject to market conditions, student performance, and other factors beyond our control.
In no event shall IT CENTER be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
